Senior Account Executive, North America
Location:  Stamford, CT, USA
Job Description
This is an exciting sales opportunity with a fast-paced, rapidly-growing firm that creates enterprise software solutions for many of the world’s leading banks, brokerage firms, and other large, industry-leading corporations.  This position is responsible for new account acquisition and existing client management for Global 1000 companies in North America.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include revenue and margin production to quota via direct and indirect sales of enterprise software and related services.  This position is responsible for acquiring clients, building client relationships, and driving sales process.

Requirements
Requirements include 5+ years of sales experience with enterprise software solutions.  Sales experience in financial services and banking is a plus.  BS/BA required, MBA preferred.  Ideal candidates will have proven strengths in:
  • Prospecting and opening Global 1000 accounts
  • Consistent revenue attainment in large, complex account situations
  • Strategic planning and execution with well-rounded business experience
  • A strong grasp of technology
  • Strong presentation skills and customer needs analysis skills

The candidate must be a self-starter and work well both independently and with a team.  He or she must have the capability to build and manage sales growth in named accounts, with a sense of urgency.  This position requires 25% travel.
