Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity with a fast-paced, rapidly-growing firm that creates enterprise software solutions for many of the world’s leading banks, brokerage firms, and other large, industry-leading corporations. As a business services consultant, you will be a key team member, working with clients to install and configure Syfact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Business process consulting
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Configuration of Syfact software products
- Report specification
- Project management and customer management
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years business analysis experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively with team members and clients
- Experience with AML or fraud investigation processes
- Project management experience a plus
- Experience with case management or workflow configuration a big plus
- BS/BA required, MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel
