Senior Account Executive
Location:  EMEA
Job Description
This is an exciting sales opportunity with a fast-paced, rapidly-growing firm that creates enterprise software solutions for many of the world’s leading banks, brokerage firms, and other large, industry-leading corporations. This position is responsible for new account acquisition and existing client management for Global 1000 companies in EMEA.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve margin and revenue targets
  • Develop an assigned sales territory
  • Develop a comprehensive twelve-month business plan for the assigned territory
  • Identify and develop new commercial relations within targeted prospect accounts
  • Expand existing footprint within existing client accounts
  • Support business development and marketing by sharing market developments
  • Develop and maintain an accurate customer contact database
  • Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Syfact’s product set and industry

Requirements
  • Strong candidates must have 8+ years of high-value, mission-critical enterprise software sales experience, and have a "consultative", value-based sales approach
  • The candidate must have a have an excellent understanding of how to sell software products as part of an overall solution sale and be able to demonstrate the closing of substantial software license values
  • A strong focus on regional and vertical prospecting is key, as the first six months of the role will be focused on building a well-qualified prospect pipeline
  • A demonstrated ability to leverage existing relationships within the region, as well as to build new relationships at the C-level
  • Excellent sales, lead development, and qualification skills, supported by a proven track record of license sales wins which can be demonstrated and referenced
  • Good communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal in the applicable language
  • Strong presentation skills
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment
