Job Description
This is an exciting sales opportunity with a fast-paced, rapidly-growing firm that creates enterprise software solutions for many of the world’s leading banks, brokerage firms, and other large, industry-leading corporations. This position works closely with both our sales and services organization, and plays a key role in our success.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of account teams on specific opportunities to enhance license and support revenue for Syfact
- Assist the sales team in the qualification of Syfact sales opportunities
- Scope customers’ business requirements, identify and assist in the positioning of Syfact solutions to address those requirements
- Arranging hand-over of customer requirements to Production Consultant
- Support in answering RFIs and RFPs
- Serve as a technical point of contact for both existing and prospective clients
- Support sales presentations by building and demonstrating customized Syfact product prototypes
- Support in the creation of POCs
- Develop a strong understanding of the sales cycle and the concepts of business solution selling
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Syfact’s product set and industry
- Support product implementations as needed
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years pre-sales experience in a major software vendor
- Excellent (pre-)sales and qualification skills supported by a proven, referencable track record
- Understanding of sales methodologies, processes and disciplines, and the ability to positively contribute towards sales processes
- Ability to relate to both business users and IT professionals
- Industry and market knowledge and experience is a plus
- Good understanding of the IT market/trends
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Dutch
- Willingness to travel
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or other relevant, professional credentials
- A pre-sales presentation will be part of the evaluation process
