"With the implementation of Investigator, we've improved the service to our clients considerably. It is often difficult for our clients to conduct investigations into cross border incidents by themselves. Often only a part of these complex cases is visible to them, since an overview of all related incidents is missing. We have the total overview in our Investigator system and we have the appropriate contacts with local law enforcement agencies and in this way we support our clients.
