Enterprise implementations are complex. They involve a great deal of discovery, exhaustive planning, meticulous execution, and careful management.
To ensure the success of each and every implementation —from its first deployment over a decade ago and up through the present time —Syfact has developed and refined a phased implementation approach, including a defined methodology and best practices, proven to succeed in environments of limited complexity, and scale through the largest, most complex global environments. We organize the many activities —literally hundreds —surrounding each implementation into six phases: Prepare, Design, Build, Integrate, Implement, and Support.
This approach enables us to carefully plan each activity and ensures that the right expertise is available at all the right times. It also clearly outlines to all participants and stakeholders when and from whom deliverables may be expected, and provides the flexibility to tailor the project to specific client needs. In addition, the Syfact approach addresses stakeholder management, knowledge management, process design, and change implementation, along with the technologies required for the project.
All Syfact implementations are managed and executed by the highly-experienced, hands-on professionals who make up the Syfact services team. From project kick-off to closure, this team of veterans, based in both North America and in Europe, understands the day-to-day operational challenges, as well as the longer-term strategies for delivering a high return on investment. They utilize their vast experience, solution knowledge, and process expertise to deliver quantifiable, bottom-line results.
